Manager, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)

Experienced Senior Mental Health and training professional with a history of working in employee support and engagement across a wide range of sectors including the military industry. Skilled in Crisis Management, Coaching, Emergency Management, Critical Incident Debriefing, and Operational Planning. Strong professional with a Master’s degree focused in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions from Trinity College Dublin.

Martin has developed and delivered numerous programmes in the areas of mental health, wellbeing and peer support both within the Defence Forces and to other agencies and private industry. Martin has over 30 years’ experience in training development and delivery, and holds an MSc. in Mental Health, is an authorised critical incident stress management peer support instructor, WRAP facilitator, Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and hold numerous other qualifications including suicide and self-harm mitigation.
